Greetings, SC Alpha Active Military and Veteran Brothers!

It is with great joy and excitement that I greet you and announce SC Alpha’s 64th Annual South Carolina Conference, which will convene in Orangeburg, SC, from October 3-5, 2024.

Charles “Hawk” Mills Unfiorm

The Mission of the SC Alpha Military Affairs Committee is to advocate on behalf of and promote the interests of our active military and veteran brothers and to mentor and develop our young military leaders. The committee has five primary goals: (1) Recognize Alpha Brothers currently serving and those who have served in the Armed Forces of U.S.A.; (2) Establish a military presence at all Regional and District Conventions; (3) Establish active and functional District Military Affairs Committees throughout the District; (4) Conduct an aggressive Reclamation campaign that targets: military brothers, senior military brothers, and college students (Vets & ROTC); and (5) Establish communication with and provide support to brothers deployed overseas (operational/combat).

We must do our very best to remember the unconditional service that our military Alpha brothers rendered, so it is our honor to properly pay respect and homage to their great sacrifices. In many times past, our Alpha brothers answered the call to serve in our nation's military and took that oath to protect and defend our great nation. The price our brothers have paid in blood, sweat, and tears must never be forgotten.

To all our veterans, past and current, SC Alpha salutes you for being among the best that our nation has to offer. At SC Alpha, we care about and appreciate our military service members for their service to God and Country, and what better way to show our appreciation than by welcoming you to come to visit SC Alpha’s Military & Senior Brothers lounge? Our focus is to do our very best to provide you with the best experience possible while you engage and/or reconnect with veterans you may have served with and meet other brothers who have served. The lounge will also provide opportunities for mentorship to those brothers who are still serving and present topics of military veterans and senior brother interests.

Please make plans now to register for the 64th Annual South Carolina Conference. I have provided the link below to assist you in your registration. We look forward to seeing you in Orangeburg, South Carolina and thank you all for your service to our great nation!
